Chick-fil-A is seeking enthusiastic individuals for the role of Customer Service Associate.

All training will be conducted internally through our comprehensive orientation and training program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer transactions accurately, handling payments and providing correct change, whether at the counter or in the drive-thru.

• Address customer inquiries and provide assistance.

• Maintain knowledge of all front counter operations, including order taking, bagging, and expediting.

• Assist in stocking and maintaining restaurant inventory as required.

• Operate various equipment, including registers and iPads.

• Ensure the front counter area is clean, organized, and welcoming.

• Stay informed about new products and promotions introduced by Chick-fil-A corporate.

• Adhere to safety protocols around cashier equipment and report maintenance issues to management.

• Engage in ongoing training to enhance personal knowledge and skills.

• Complete assigned opening and closing tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 16 years old. We encourage young applicants to apply.

Requirements:
  • Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.

  • Ability to work in a hot, noisy, and fast-paced environment.
