- Operations: Ensure the club is a clean, friendly environment, maintain a safe and well-stocked gym, and follow daily cleaning checklists and maintenance efforts.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in an exercise-related field is highly preferred.
- Personal training and CPR/AED certifications are required.
- 2-5 years of management and/or personal training experience.
- Sales experience preferred or the willingness to learn how to sell.
- Friendly, outgoing, warm, coachable, and able to adapt to changes and work in a fast-paced setting.
- Available to work flexible hours, including Saturdays during peak season.
- Self-motivated and able to motivate others, a self-starter with the ability to work independently and effectively without constant guidance and supervision.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to manage time/schedules, and work well with others as a team.
- Positive attitude.
- Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs.
