Government Business Development Manager

ASSA ABLOY is seeking a highly skilled Government Business Development Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth in the government market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales education programs to increase understanding of public buying processes.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations and other public procurement regulations.
- Develop business relationships with key decision makers at government departments.
- Identify key government contractors and develop strategies to partner with them.
- Participate in government market business reviews and webinars.
Requirements:
- College degree - BA/BS; MBA preferred.
- Prior experience in a senior sales or business development role required.
- Minimum of 5 years of government/military compliance experience, strategic account management a plus.
