Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and support computer systems, networks, and related hardware and software
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and Office Suites
  • Manage user accounts, security, and systems groups
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates and hardware replacements
  • Communicate effectively with IT manager and other stakeholders
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of technical training or degree in a related field
  • Experience with Windows OS and Office Suite
  • Basic understanding of networking
  • Self-motivated and a fast learner
  • Strong communication and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • A+/MCP certifications
  • 1-2 years of hands-on help desk/pc support experience
  • Strong diagnostic/analytical skills
  • VMWare and Progress experience
  • Cisco router, switches, firewalls, and other data communications equipment knowledge
