Position Overview:
We are in search of a seasoned Financial Controller with a robust background in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership capabilities and possess extensive experience in financial statement evaluation within a manufacturing context.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the month-end closing process and deliver comprehensive financial analysis
- Identify and implement enhancements to streamline financial processes
- Ensure adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley regulations and maintain internal controls
- Provide guidance in team development and financial strategy
- Effectively manage competing priorities under stringent deadlines
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory; CPA or MBA is highly preferred
- 10-12 years of progressive experience in a leadership role
- Proven proficiency in Hyperion, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong grasp of accounting principles and financial management
- Willingness to travel to production facilities as required
