Job Overview

This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining secure identity management systems for our clients using SailPoint IdentityIQ. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of identity management concepts, including user provisioning, password policies, and role-based access control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement secure identity management systems using SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot existing systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Develop and maintain custom connectors and plugins for SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address security vulnerabilities.
  • Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on SailPoint IdentityIQ features and functionality.
Requirements
  • At least 8 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) deployment and engineering, with a focus on SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Expert-level knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ 8.3, including custom connectors, API development, and plugin development.
  • Familiarity with web services, SCIM-based connectors, and provisioning systems.
  • Deep understanding of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Identity Policies, and Identity Lifecycle automation.
  • Experience working with Java, BeanShell, REST APIs, and web services.
  • Strong understanding of cloud environments and experience with Splunk logging tools.
  • Prior experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CICD) Build Tools and Agile methodologies is preferred.
