As a Camp Counselor-Intern at KE Camps, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our participants. We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals who share our passion for working with children and are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a group of campers, lead activities, and positively influence the next generation. Responsibilities
As a Camp Counselor-Intern, your primary responsibilities will include:
  1. Providing a fun, safe, and exciting camp experience for a group of campers.
  2. Collaborating with fellow counselors and the camp director to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.
  3. Supporting the camp director in establishing rules and emergency procedures.
  4. Participating in all camp activities and supervising daily swim time in a hands-on manner from within the water.
  5. Helping out where needed and leading activities when asked by the camp director.
  6. Completing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
  1. Prior experience working with children.
  2. Ability to help children grow in character, experiences, and insights.
  3. Ability to guard the health and well-being of campers at all times.
  4. CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain certification before the summer begins).
