About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager II to oversee the construction and commissioning of distributed-scale solar and energy storage projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of these projects, working closely with our internal departments and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor, coordinate, and facilitate the construction and commissioning of solar and energy storage projects
  • Manage construction and commissioning work performed by subcontractors, including oversight of Safety
  • Collaborate with internal departments, 3rd Party Owner's Engineer(s), and consultants to oversee project execution
  • Manage multiple construction projects concurrently, tracking contractual requirements and deliverables
  • Prepare construction safety and progress measurement KPIs, and manage material delivery and inventory at project sites
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant construction management experience, constructing solar or power construction projects
  • Proficient in managing construction activities, contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes and sequencing
  • Leadership and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative approach to work
