Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Embedded Hardware Engineer to join our team at Syntricate Technologies. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge embedded systems hardware solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop embedded systems hardware solutions from concept to production
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and technical reports
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of hardware designs to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our solutions remain competitive and innovative
Requirements
  • BS Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) from an accredited school required; MS Electrical Engineering preferred
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in electronics engineering, with a strong background in embedded systems hardware design
  • Proven track record of successfully leading technical projects and teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Proficiency in PCB design tools, such as Altium, and experience with version control systems, such as SVN
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations, including safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
Work Environment

This role operates in a combination of lab and professional office environment. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
