Job Title: Senior Embedded Hardware Engineer

At RICEFW Technologies, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Embedded Hardware Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge embedded systems hardware solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop embedded systems hardware solutions from concept to production
  • Lead projects of high technical complexity and mentor junior engineers
  • Collaborate with software and firmware engineers to ensure seamless integration
  • Develop low-level firmware for ARM-based microcontrollers
  • Research and adapt to new technologies in emerging industry trends
Requirements:
  • BS Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) from an accredited school required
  • Minimum 8+ years in electronics engineering field
  • Experience in project management preferred
  • Proficiency in PCB design tools, such as Altium
  • Knowledge of techniques to ensure good signal integrity and address EMI/EMC challenges
Work Environment:

This role operates in a combination of lab and professional office environment. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, talk or hear.
