Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Program Director to lead our clinical programs and promote quality services for the community and patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure quality patient care and services
- Monitor and track patient outcomes through advanced techniques
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and review program deliverables
- Assist in interpreting policies and objectives of nursing service to staff and community groups
- Create care plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and budgets
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- 4 years of clinical nursing experience and 1 year in a supervisory role preferred
- RN License in state of employment or compact
- Wound Care certification required within a year of employment
Work Schedule and Type:
8AM - 5PM Monday-Friday, Full Time
