**Ephemeral Tattoo Studio Position**

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Studio Ambassador. This role will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing appointments, and ensuring the smooth operation of our studio.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide world-class customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

* Manage appointment bookings, respond to scheduling inquiries, and coordinate with clients to ensure seamless experiences.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.

* Collaborate with our team to ensure studio operations run efficiently, including maintaining a clean and organized environment.

* Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and reporting, to support studio operations.

* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

**Ideal Candidate:**

* 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a creative or service-oriented industry.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.

* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.

* Familiarity with technology, including software and systems used in a studio environment.

* Availability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
