Position Overview:
In collaboration with Northside Hospital Leadership, you will oversee and manage all operational aspects to maintain clinical excellence, financial viability, patient and visitor safety, as well as service quality and customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include the daily management and supervision of the designated Physician Practice and its personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate all practice services, including patient access, scheduling, pre-authorization, chart management, nursing, procedures, and related functions.
  • Ensure adherence to operational objectives established by the department.
Required Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • A minimum of 3 years of management experience in business, nursing, or healthcare
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple activities, and make informed clinical and managerial decisions
  • Strong problem-solving and team-building capabilities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Active RN licensure
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field
  • Experience in managing physician practices or other outpatient care environments
  • Proficiency in computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical record systems.
