Position Overview

This position is designed for the second shift, with working hours from 11am to 7pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and resolve issues related to classroom and media equipment, which includes projectors, audio devices, mixers, computers, and peripheral devices.
  • Prepare and configure audiovisual and classroom technology, ensuring smooth operation for streaming sessions via platforms like Zoom and Microsoft Teams, as well as recording classroom activities.
  • Manage communications through shared team phone lines and email accounts, addressing inquiries and requests promptly.
  • Contribute to the execution of a comprehensive multi-year technology enhancement plan.
  • Facilitate conference calls and video meetings, addressing both hardware and software challenges.
  • Assist in advanced post-production tasks for recordings, including audio and video editing, delivering final products in various formats.
  • Conduct regular evaluations of audiovisual and media equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Note: This role has the potential to evolve into a long-term or permanent position.
