Job Summary

Caliber Collision Centers has an immediate opening for an Auto Parts Coordinator to inspect, verify, and distribute parts to workstations while confirming arrival and accuracy with Body Technicians. The Parts Coordinator will also follow all guidelines in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards using our state-of-the-art equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and verify parts for accuracy and quality
  • Distribute parts to workstations in a timely manner
  • Confirm arrival and accuracy with Body Technicians
  • Follow all guidelines in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience completing orders, vendor management preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
  • Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings, including background, criminal, and MVR checks

Abilities/Skills/Knowledge:
  • Ability to do consistent physical activity, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
  • Ability to understand instructions, written and verbal
  • Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders
  • Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
