Work environment:
This role is designated as On-Site.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting customers and identifying the best solutions to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with customers to enhance sales by suggesting related products or additional services.
  • Processing customer orders and addressing inquiries, questions, or complaints regarding Parts and Supply offerings, providing solutions to ensure satisfaction and future sales.
  • Staying informed about Trane Products, offerings, and promotions to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive sales.
  • Engaging with customers both via phone and in person.
  • Executing quote and order management processes with a high degree of accuracy to facilitate fulfillment and ensure timely delivery - entering quotes and invoices and following through on fulfillment.
  • Assisting with warehouse and inventory management tasks as needed.
  • Willingness to work overtime or weekends as required.
Qualifications:
  • GED or High School Diploma is required.
  • Experience in inside sales, retail, or a related field is preferred.
  • Background in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment with a focus on service, continuous improvement, and safety.
  • Demonstrated ability to build customer relationships and maintain professional service even in challenging situations.
Compensation:

Base Salary: Starts at $48,000, based on experience, is eligible for overtime, and includes an incentive plan.

Total Target Cash consists of a mix of fixed base salary and sales commissions. Sales commission plans are uncapped.
