Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Representative to join our team at Advantage Solutions. As a Retail Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including retailers and suppliers
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and business objectives
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data and customer interactions

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a retail or customer-facing role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
