Daily Responsibilities:

As a Client Risk Management Advisor on the Midwest Private Client Services National team, your role will encompass the assessment of personal risk management for prospective clients, identifying tailored solutions and placement strategies to meet their needs, and ensuring a smooth transition to the Client Advisor.

  • Gather and analyze current coverage information from prospects, preparing a thorough risk evaluation that includes product and service requirements.
  • Provide personalized advice, outlining the advantages and disadvantages of various options, and make informed recommendations during one-on-one consultations with prospects and clients.
  • Negotiate with multiple insurance carriers to present comprehensive coverage options for client proposals, while adhering to industry laws, regulations, and requirements.
  • Generate referrals from both prospects and existing clients.
  • Meet new business development targets and engage in forecasting activities.
  • Review and interpret carrier contract language to deliver optimal coverage recommendations for clients.
  • Collaborate with practice specialists as needed throughout the business development process to effectively manage client risk exposure.
  • Work alongside Business Development Executives and Client Advisors to enhance and expand referral sources.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are eager to connect with you if your professional background includes the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines business development with high-net-worth clients.
  • Possession of a valid P&C License.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

While not mandatory, the following qualifications would be advantageous:

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
