Job Title: Senior RFIC Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior RFIC Design Engineer to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for contributing to the development of Diversity Receive (DRX) designs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and verification of LNA and RF switch circuits using Cadence tools
  • Generate RF and switch top verification benches using Cadence
  • Optimize RFIC designs using various extraction methods such as PEX and EMX
  • Communicate design results and analysis using XL sheets and PowerPoint slides
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in RFIC design and verification
  • Proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso and experience in schematic editing
  • Familiarity with Spectre, APS, AFS, and EMX
  • Knowledge of RF matching, transmission lines, and convergence issues
  • Ability to sort and present data in a concise manner
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Experience with RFIC SOI and high-power switches
  • Familiarity with lab equipment such as spectrum analyzers and network analyzers
