Program Overview

Rockefeller Financial offers a distinctive Summer Analyst Program experience as a premier independent financial advisory firm. Our diversified businesses, boutique size, and entrepreneurial culture shape a dynamic, personalized experience for our Analysts.

  • Mentorship program to support learning and development.

Eligibility and Selection Criteria

To be eligible for consideration, students must be undergraduates currently in their junior year and in good standing at the school. Analysts should have an interest in the financial services industry and be eager to learn and make an impact.

Responsibilities

  • Gather extensive financial information to drive plan creation.
  • Enter client information into planning software.
  • Schedule and prepare materials for client meetings.
  • Leverage financial data to identify possible solutions to meet client needs and goals.
  • Engage specialists and partners to address client needs and deliver solutions.
  • Monitor and update client information and plan changes on a consistent basis.

Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Enthusiastic and positive approach to problem-solving and client service.

Skills

  • Strong organization skills and the ability to multitask and reprioritize within tight deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration and partnership skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, root cause, and effects and develop strategies to increase growth and mitigate risk.
  • Ability to identify client needs and concerns, and articulate appropriate approach to align solutions to goals in a suitable and controlled way.

Compensation Range

The anticipated hourly rate for this role is $38/hour. Salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of this rate.
