Summer Analyst Program

Our Summer Analyst Program is a ten-week internship designed to provide a unique and immersive experience for students interested in the financial services industry. As a Summer Analyst, you will be fully integrated into the day-to-day activities of our business, working closely with senior investment professionals and client advisors to gain a deep understanding of our culture and operations.

Responsibilities

As a Summer Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects, including:

  • Collaborating with the Alternative Investments team in performing diligence and analysis on investment opportunities
  • Providing support on inbound inquiries and questions that require immediate attention
  • Working with senior investment professionals and client advisors on special projects
  • Attending meetings and providing support with preparation of internal and external presentations
  • Researching various industries and asset classes for potential investment opportunities
  • Participating in quantitative and qualitative analyses of investments on our platform
Qualifications

To be eligible for consideration, students must be projected 2026 graduates and in good standing at their school. Prior internship experience in the financial industry is a plus, but not required. We are looking for students who are highly analytical, proficient in Microsoft Office, and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Compensation

The anticipated hourly rate for this role is $38/hour. Hourly rate will depend on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.
