Position Overview

Our Summer Analyst Program is a ten-week internship experience designed to provide a unique opportunity to learn and grow within our dynamic and entrepreneurial culture. As a Summer Analyst, you will be fully immersed in the day-to-day activities of our business, working closely with our experienced professionals to gain a deep understanding of our operations and culture.

Responsibilities

As a Summer Analyst on our Fixed Income Team, you will assist the Director of Fixed Income and broader Fixed Income team across a variety of functions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Gaining an understanding of Fixed Income Sales, Trading, and Research efforts
  • Assisting in preparing various reports, including performance dispersion, broker usage analysis, and compliance reports
  • Analyzing market conditions across a variety of factors, including issuance trends, liquidity trends, relative value opportunities, etc.
  • Performing ad hoc projects, such as market, sector, security research, and/or client portfolio analysis
Qualifications

To be eligible for consideration, students must be projected 2026 graduates and in good standing at their school. Analysts should have an interest in the financial services industry and be eager to learn and make an impact.

Compensation Range

The anticipated hourly rate for this role is $38/hour. Hourly rate for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown.
