Production Specialist Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Production Specialist to join our team at NeedleTech Products, Inc. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for operating molding equipment to produce high-quality products efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Prepare the work area, organize tools, and review documentation before each shift.
  • Operate the molding machine, monitor output quality, and ensure that the product meets our quality standards.
  • Follow product handling procedures and handle products with care.
  • Use inspection microscopes and toolmaker's microscopes to verify the quality of products.
  • Monitor output during shifts to ensure standard run rates are achieved.
  • Alert floor technicians, work leaders, or supervisors of any problems with machines or product quality.
  • Complete all required documentation per NeedleTech Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Communicate relevant information to colleagues as needed.
  • Clean and organize the work area at the end of each shift.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Prior experience operating an injection mold machine is preferred.
