- Provide direct personal assistance and supervision to residents with their daily needs, including bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility.
- Document daily activities, including medication administration and resident interactions.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and incidents involving residents.
- Participate in training and in-service programs to maintain knowledge and skills.
- Valid Medication Aide license (or provisional pending state boards).
- CPR and first aid certifications.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, family members, and staff.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing resident and personal care services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
