Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Audit Manager to join our team at Wipfli. As a key member of our audit team, you will be responsible for managing audit, review, and compilation engagements, as well as providing performance feedback to team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple teams and provide performance feedback to team members
• Partner with senior managers, directors, and partners in risk assessment, audit procedures, and reporting
• Oversee daily operations of audit engagements, including staffing, planning, budgeting, risk assessment, fieldwork, financial reporting, and conclusion
• Research and communicate guidance on complex accounting matters and transactions
• Assist clients with GAAP compliance and the adoption of FASB Accounting Standard Updates
• Serve as an instructor in firm, department training programs, and meetings
• Participate in and provide leadership in community, networking, and business development activities

Requirements

• CPA license required
• 5 years of experience in public accounting
• Ability to travel to client sites
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
