- Assist healthcare providers with patient exams, procedures, and treatments, including taking vital signs, collecting specimens, and administering medications.
- Document patient information accurately and efficiently in our electronic health record system.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence in patient care.
- Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher in a healthcare-related field preferred.
- 1+ year of experience as a Medical Assistant in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic health record systems.
