Position Overview:

As a Hybrid CMS Implementation Lead, you will be responsible for devising and executing web-centric strategies to enhance our digital footprint. You will take charge of the Web roadmap, establish CMS architectural guidelines, and guarantee the reliable functioning of our Web platform.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Development: Cultivate robust relationships with partners and vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Propel web-related initiatives by collaborating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Technical Direction: Offer expert insights in Drupal, covering architecture, theming, module development, and best practices. Leverage MACH architecture principles (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless) for web development.
  • Technical Oversight: Guide development teams by establishing standards and frameworks.
  • Template & Component Reusability: Execute projects utilizing reusable templates and components to ensure design uniformity and minimize development time.
  • Code Evaluation: Ensure compliance with coding best practices, security protocols, and Drupal conventions.
  • Developer Mentorship: Mentor developers, stay updated with Drupal and MACH advancements, and advocate for the integration of innovative technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of practical experience in software development, ideally with Drupal CMS
  • Experience with Headless CMS and the implementation of headless CMS solutions
  • Familiarity with MACH architecture: Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless
  • Proficiency in Drupal 10, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies
  • Experience with MySQL, REST APIs, JSON, XML, AJAX
  • Preferred: Experience with Azure Kubernetes and digital healthcare strategies
