Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, personalized care to patients based on their individual needs and plans of care.
- Monitor and track changes in patients' conditions and needs, and communicate effectively with nurse managers and other healthcare professionals.
- Proactively update patients' families on their care plans, health changes, and concerns.
Requirements:
- Current unrestricted LPN license in Kentucky.
- Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray.
- Minimum one year of documented experience in bedside care, preferably with g-tubes, trachs/vent, and cath care.
- Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance.
- Ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull, with varied assistance depending on the mobility of the patient.
