  • Guides students and graduates in crafting resumes, honing interview skills, improving phone communication, networking, and navigating job search strategies.
  • Keeps precise records of student and graduate employment status and communication logs.
  • Engages in all relevant program advisory committee meetings.
  • Performs additional duties as required.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient in data collection, analysis, and presentation of findings.
  • Capable of generating leads and achieving placement objectives.
  • Exhibits professional presentation abilities and a strong command of the English language.
  • Demonstrates computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and Outlook.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; some college education is preferred.
  • Experience in career services, job development, staffing, recruitment, medical sales, or a related field is preferred.
