Scope of Work:

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to read and understand technician service orders.
  • Transfer knowledge of mechanical systems across various equipment types.
  • Demonstrated analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Document customer issues and service updates thoroughly.
  • Proficient in using company computers, email, and phone systems.
  • Willingness to take on-call shifts for emergency dispatch.
Physical Requirements:
  • Occasional lifting of at least 10 pounds.
  • Wear personal protective equipment as necessary.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods.
