- Ability to read and understand technician service orders.
- Transfer knowledge of mechanical systems across various equipment types.
- Demonstrated analytical and decision-making skills.
- Document customer issues and service updates thoroughly.
- Proficient in using company computers, email, and phone systems.
- Willingness to take on-call shifts for emergency dispatch.
- Occasional lifting of at least 10 pounds.
- Wear personal protective equipment as necessary.
- Ability to sit for extended periods.
