Job Description
  • Provide high-quality patient care to adult patients 18 and above.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
  • Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and evaluate patient progress towards goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate of an approved nursing program.
  • 1 year of relevant work experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Tennessee.
