Job Title: Coaching Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Coaching Coordinator at Super Soccer Stars. As a key member of our coaching department, you will be responsible for facilitating the distribution and upkeep of equipment and uniforms, supervising and evaluating coaches, and conducting regular training and development meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Equipment and Uniform Management: Ensure the timely and efficient distribution of equipment and uniforms to coaches and teams throughout the Bay Area region.
- Coach Supervision and Evaluation: Supervise and evaluate coaches to ensure the overall quality of our programs, providing feedback and guidance as needed.
- Training and Development: Conduct regular training and development meetings for new and existing coaches, focusing on best practices and program standards.
- Quality Control: Track and resolve escalated quality control issues in accordance with organizational practices.
- Coach Development: Keep track of coaches' developmental pathways, requirements, and performance, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Camp and Class Instruction: Assist and teach energetic and motivating camps and classes in an organized, safe, and fun manner.
Requirements:
- Soccer Background: A soccer playing background is preferred.
- Experience Working with Children: Prior experience working with children is required.
- Coaching or Teaching Experience: A minimum of two years of coaching or teaching experience and practical application is required.
- Communication and Organizational Skills: Strong oral communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills are essential.
- Availability: Must be available to commute up to 45 minutes one way for classes.
