Job Title: Coaching Coordinator

Super Soccer Stars is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual to assist in the training and development of coaches in the Bay Area. Responsibilities include leading fun and engaging soccer classes for kids, helping with the distribution of equipment, and supervising and evaluating coaches to ensure the overall quality of the program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the distribution and upkeep of equipment and uniform needs throughout the Bay Area Region
  • Supervise and evaluate coaches to ensure the overall quality of the program
  • Conduct regular coach training and development meetings for all new and existing coaches
  • Track and resolve escalated quality control issues in accordance with organizational practices
  • Keep track of coaches' developmental pathways, requirements, and performance
  • Assist/Teach energetic and motivating camps and classes in an organized, safe, and fun manner

Requirements:

  • Soccer playing background preferred
  • Prior experience working with children required
  • Minimum of two years of coaching or teaching experience and practical application
  • Ability to commute up to 45 minutes one way for classes
  • Must be fun, energetic, patient, and attentive
  • Detail-oriented with strong oral communication skills
  • Familiarity with staffing and scheduling systems is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
