Job Summary:

As a Medical Equipment Repair Specialist at Hill-Rom, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and effectiveness of our medical devices. Your primary responsibility will be to perform complex repair work on all customer and company-owned medical equipment. This includes troubleshooting and repairing electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, as well as providing on-call coverage for customer account visits.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform complex repair work on medical equipment, including troubleshooting and repairing electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Provide on-call coverage for customer account visits, including weekends and holidays.
Load, unload, and remove medical products, weighing up to 1680 pounds.
Safely operate box truck vehicle or company car, ranging in size from a cargo van up to a 26,000 pound truck.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
Valid driver's license and driving record.
Basic mathematical skills - addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Preferred qualifications include technical or trade school training, DOT physical card, experience with FDA regulated products, and experience in customer service.
