The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to help us drive business growth and inform strategic decisions. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with stakeholders across departments to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform detailed data analysis to identify opportunities and trends within large datasets.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with different departments to understand their data needs and provide analytical solutions.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data to provide meaningful insights for strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis, preferably in the financial services sector.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel, Python, and SQL, with experience building dashboards in Tableau.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex datasets and deliver insightful analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, with minimal supervision.
