Business Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to collaborate with our Austin, TX-based client's Business Intelligence team. This role will focus on driving data-driven decisions and ensuring business requirements are accurately captured and translated into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and the BI delivery team
  • Transform documentation into readable user stories for Dev/QA teams
  • Collaborate with business users to design and prototype dashboards and reports in Power BI
  • Develop a strong understanding of BI tools and platforms, particularly Power BI, SSIS, and SSAS
  • Support upcoming projects, including migration of dashboards and analytics to Power BI, consolidation of data stores, and development of data lakes

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive business decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
