Senior Mental Health Therapist

Mindful Care is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team as a Senior Mental Health Therapist. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality psychotherapy services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Individual, Micro, and Group Therapy Services: You will work closely with clients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans, addressing a range of mental health concerns.
- Conduct Biopsychosocial Assessments: You will conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' needs and develop effective treatment strategies.
- Develop Treatment Plans: You will work collaboratively with clients to create tailored treatment plans, setting clear goals and objectives.
- Provide Ongoing Orientation and Education: You will educate clients about Mindful Care's programs and services, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of their treatment options.
- Complete Session Notes: You will maintain accurate and timely session notes, documenting client progress and treatment outcomes.
- Provide Group Coverage: You will provide coverage for colleagues as needed, ensuring seamless support for our clients.
- Participate in Supervision and M&M Sessions: You will engage in regular supervision and M&M sessions with our clinical team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Participate in New Employee Orientation: You will contribute to the onboarding process for new employees, sharing your expertise and experience.
- Uphold Confidentiality and HIPAA Laws: You will maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations, ensuring the security and integrity of client information.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Illinois: You must hold a valid LCSW license in the state of Illinois.
- Insurance Eligibility: You must be eligible for insurance through CMS.
- Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills: You will possess exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to Stay Organized and Manage Time: You will be able to prioritize tasks, manage your time effectively, and maintain a high level of organization.
- Desire to Work with Diverse Populations: You will have a genuine interest in working with diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ individuals.
- Bilingual or ASL Skills: Bilingual or ASL skills are highly valued, but not required.
