**Therapist - Emerging Adults Program**
Thresholds, a mission-driven agency, is seeking a licensed clinician to fill a Therapist role with our Emerge CST team. Our Emerging Adults Program uses an evidence-informed coordinated care approach to treat young adults struggling with serious mental illness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete assessments and generate treatment plans
- Provide individual therapy, case management, and community support services
- Assist with facilitating workshops, activities, and programs for young adults
- Collaborate with the team and other providers to facilitate integration of services
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Clinical licensure preferred (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, LSW, LPC)
- Prior experience providing mental health services to young adults strongly preferred
