Job Description

The Customer Support Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive excellent service and support. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information and assistance to customers on our products and services. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in customer service, teamwork, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and website
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide information and assistance to customers on products and services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues

Requirements

- Associate Degree and/or 3-5+ years of customer service experience
- Advanced writing and oral communication skills
- 2-4+ years of inbound customer contact experience
- Previous management experience a plus

Estimated Salary
$55,000 - $70,000 per year
