Documentation Specialist Lead

We are seeking a Documentation Specialist Lead to join our team at MacroSys, LLC in the Washington, DC metro area. As a Federal consulting company, we provide integrated research and analysis, communications, and IT solutions to support Federal government programs.

Estimated Salary: $130,000 - $190,000 per year, depending on experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of high-quality documentation and content.
  • Collaborate with subject-matter experts to ensure accurate and comprehensive content.
  • Analyze information requirements for policy development or documentation updates.
  • Create original drafts of new communication products.
  • Review and/or copyedit content developed by other team members.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications or related field and 6-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage teams.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have a strong portfolio demonstrating their leadership and documentation skills.
