Clinical Team Leader

As a Clinical Team Leader at Amerita, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and improving health outcomes. You will lead a team of healthcare professionals in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, and communicating effectively with physicians and other healthcare teams.

Job ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of healthcare professionals in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare teams.
- Ensure compliance with organization policies and procedures, as well as all applicable state and federal laws and regulations governing pharmacy practice.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required; Doctor of Pharmacy preferred.
- Registered Pharmacist License in state(s) of practice.
- Minimum of three (3) years of recent experience in a leadership role in an acute-care setting or two (2) years of recent experience in home infusion therapy.
Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
