At the Helen Ross McNabb Center, we are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Supportive Housing team in Hamilton County. This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of daily activities for clients in our supportive housing program. This includes planning and overseeing on-site and off-site community-based activities that promote client involvement in daily living skills and recovery-based concepts.

We are looking for a leader who can inspire and motivate our staff to deliver high-quality care while upholding our commitment to excellence. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising Mental Health Technicians and providing direct support to clients. You must have excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills, knowledge of recovery principles, and the ability to work flexible hours, including 24/7 programming.

This is a full-time position, requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week, with additional time spent on-call and working holidays. In return, we offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including opportunities for professional growth and development.

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of two years' experience in related work, preferably in direct care or a health-related field. A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred. We also require excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to document accurately in electronic medical records.

A salary of approximately $43,860 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek and 52 weeks per year, is commensurate with experience and education. Additionally, we offer comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings plan.
