Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Generalist Assistant to join our team at BBSI. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Administration: Assist with the maintenance of personnel records, filing, and documentation in accordance with State, Federal, and local regulations.
  • Employee Support: Provide effective employee support and employee relations while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with the processing of employment applications, scheduling and conducting screening interviews, and arranging new-hire orientations.
  • Benefits Administration: Assist employees with ADP account and enrollments, and provide explanations and orientations on employee benefits.
  • Policy Enforcement: Assist with explaining and enforcing company policies, and conduct verification of employment forms.
  • General Administration: Coordinate and order office supplies, and perform other duties commensurate with the position.
Requirements
  • Experience: Must have experience with MS products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Communication: Must be able to send simple communications via emails and memos, and speak with others individually and in a public forum using technology.
  • Language: Bilingual required (English and Spanish).
  • Availability: Be able to work shifts that support the department's business hours.
