Job Title: Concierge Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Concierge Associate to join our team at Powder Mountain. As a Concierge Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay at our resort.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as an ambassador for Powder Mountain, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a positive experience.
  • Assist guests with various requests, such as arranging deliveries, making reservations, and providing information about local attractions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in all interactions with guests and colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or associate's degree in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
