Job Title: Concierge Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Concierge Associate to join our team at Powder Mountain. As a Concierge Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our guests feel welcome and cared for.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as an ambassador for Powder Haven, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that guests feel welcome and cared for.
  • Exude a "5-star" customer service mindset and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
  • Address guest concerns in a timely manner, working closely with the Concierge Manager and other teams as needed.
  • Arrange and perform deliveries with FedEx, UPS, and USPS, as well as daily parcel gathering and delivery to the Skylodge Mail Hut.
  • Perform daily tasks as requested by guests, including grocery shopping and delivery, special deliveries, and other requests.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, ability to multitask, and work with minimal guidance at times.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or associate's degree preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 21 years of age.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and nights.
  • Basic computer proficiency with excellent written and in-person communication skills.
  • Maintain a professional and polished appearance.
  • Desire to work at both Powder Mountain and Powder Haven resorts in inclement weather and at peak season.
