Job Summary

The Endoscopy Account Manager (EAM) is a key member of the Olympus Corporation of the Americas sales team, responsible for driving business growth and revenue within the Gastrointestinal (GI) Care segment. Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Meet or exceed sales objectives within a designated territory by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Product Knowledge and Training: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Olympus' GI Care products and services, including their features, benefits, and applications.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clinicians, and researchers, and provide ongoing support and education to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Analysis and Intelligence: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, service, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or healthcare.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales and marketing experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in the GI Care segment.
  • Skills: Strong sales and marketing skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
