Business Development Manager

Job Summary: As a Business Development Manager at Air Compressor Solutions, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships. You will serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters, ensuring timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
- Prepare sales budget reviews and reports on account status.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry products and standards.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; 4-year degree preferred.
- Previous experience in outside sales, account management, and customer service.
- Strong phone communication skills and necessary computer skills, including fluency in the use of the Microsoft Office.
- Ability to problem solve complex issues with customers.
- Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities and quickly learning new procedures.
