Job Opportunity

Alumina Railing Products is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Powder Coating Specialist. With a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction, we manufacture and install ornamental & decorative railings for commercial, industrial, multifamily, and residential projects.

We are looking for someone with previous experience in a powder coating facility, who can multitask, guide and manage others, follow project schedules, and maintain the facility. The ideal candidate will have a leadership mentality and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Review shop drawings and paperwork with managers to prepare and setup materials.
  • Hang materials using a variety of hooks.
  • Pre-treat materials with specific chemicals using a pressure washer to ensure cleanliness before applying paint.
  • Assist in applying powder coating.
  • Unhang, wrap, and prepare materials/hardware for installation.
  • Assist in troubleshooting any issues with machinery and tools in the shop.
