Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Construction Project Engineer to join our team at Sehlhorst Equipment Services. As a key member of our site operations team, you will be responsible for supporting our Foremen and Project Managers in the planning, execution, and completion of various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Permitting and tracking status
  • Submittals and approval management
  • Developing specifications for equipment and material ordering
  • Initiating and coordinating utility locations
  • Keeping project documents current and organized
  • Processing project information for effective SES use
  • Analyzing document revisions for changes in scope of work
  • Pricing change order work
  • Collaborating with customers and employees at all levels

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Bluebeam, and Word
  • Ability to read project specifications and drawings
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
