Compensation Package

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary based on experience ($100,000 - $115,000), comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs, as well as opportunities for professional development and career advancement.

About This Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accountant who can work in a collaborative environment, leveraging outstanding attention to detail to succeed. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of US GAAP and experience in financial reporting and analysis, proficiency in Excel and other mid-market accounting software, and strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations;
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies across all financial processes;
  • Prepare financial reports and assist in variance analysis to provide management with actionable insights;
  • Support the development of annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts;
  • Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation for the annual audit.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting required;
  • 3-5 years of corporate accounting experience, in a business services or professional services environment preferred;
  • CPA and/or experience with public accounting is a plus;
  • Proficiency in Excel and other mid-market accounting software (Intacct, NetSuite, Dynamics BC) preferred;
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
